From beer driver to company founder: In 1908, Bernhard Schürkötter founded a drinks business in Emsdetten. In 1994 the first mineral fountain called Salvus was put into operation. In the heart of the Münsterland, the only mineral spring in the region has been bubbling up since 1994.
