Val di Pejo is a small valley at the foot of the majestic Ortles-Cevedale mountain range in the Trentino sector of the Stelvio National Park. Water is the protagonist and vital element of the territory which, dominated by the grandiose spectacle of the glaciers, is rich in clear streams and waterfalls that reach down to the valley. The richness of the water, thanks to the characteristics of the dissolved mineral salts, has determined the development of thermalism and the creation of the Pejo Fonti spa, famous throughout the world for the therapeutic properties of its waters.
