The springs is located in the heart of the Emilian Apennines, within the park called Parco Naturale dell Alto Appennino Modenese. Studies and clinical and pharmacological trials conducted at the University of Ferrara have confirmed, on a scientific basis, both the strong direct diuretic properties and the indirect anti-inflammatory and antitoxic effects that are typical of the best mineral waters.
