Jolival spring water draws its water from 162 meters underground in a Portlandian aquifer. It is carried out through the different layers of rock over several tens of thousands of years. Jolival spring water is bottled in a troglodyte factory under the shelter of old freestone quarries dug galleries over more than 3 hectares. The stones of these galleries were used to build the most beautiful monuments of the city of Angoulême.
