Product of Germany
The company is being managed by the third generation of the Frühauf family and currently employs around 100 people. The founders Karl August Frühauf and Hugo Kissel leased the Schwollener Sauerbrunnen and delivered the bottled sparkling water to customers in the Hunsrück region In 1929. The year 1991 brought a change at the top of the company. Hans-Walter Frühauf took over the business in the third generation.

Schwollener Classic Mineral Water comes from Hunsrück in Germany. It contains 57mg sodium, 53mg calcium, 27mg magnesium, 66mg chloride, 17mg sulfate and 308mg bicarbonate. Schwollener Classic Mineral Water thus contains a total of 530mg of minerals per liter(Medium minerality).
Schwollener Classic Mineral Water has a degree of hardness of 1.6 GH and is therefore considered as Hard Water.
