Wittenseer brand is owned by Wittenseer Quelle Mineralbrunnen GmbH in Germany.

When Hans Friedrich Blunck acquired the Wittenseer spring, he was still supplying his customers by horse directly from a thatched company building. With the connection to the public power supply in 1923 and the purchase of a Ford truck, things went steadily uphill. Wittenseer Quelle is still a family business today in the heart of Schleswig-Holstein.
