The Rietenau Heiligenthal spring in its natural location in the Swabian-Franconian Forest Nature Park. The nuns of the Marienthal monastery appreciated the effects of the Rietenau mineral water already in the 13th century. It was also very popular with Duke Karl von Württemberg. It was even delivered to the Stuttgart court for the Duke of Württemberg in 17th century. It is bottled at the source without further treatment, on the southern edge of the Löwenstein mountains, in the midst of untouched nature.
