Passugger brand is owned by Allegra Passugger Mineralquellen AG in Switzerland.

Passugger comes from the Theophil spring in the Rabiosa Gorge. The spring was commercialized around 140 years ago, and the first mentions go back to 1562. Passugger Theophil has been bottled since 1896.
