Henniez mineral water comes directly from the Domain of Henniez which is located upstream of the village. On an area of ​​nearly 120 hectares, its natural spring is ideally located between preserved fields and forests of spruce, birch, oak, lime, hazel and chestnut trees. No less than 70,000 trees protect the spring by forming a kind of natural cordon all around it.
