Gerolsteiner comes from a kind geographical nature of the bedrock in the Volcanic Eifel. Water that has filtered down through layers of bedrock gathers in deep aquifers, 200 meters beneath the ground. Here, the water remains protected from impurities and environmental contamination. In order to preserve its natural quality, Gerolsteiner is bottled directly at its source.
