Bergische Waldquelle

Bergische Waldquelle brand is owned by Haaner Felsenquelle GmbH in Germany.

Haaner Felsenquelle began to be bottle more than 100 years ago. A well was drilled in the source area in 1909 so that the water could be bottled. Initially, the bottles were lowered into the well on a rack and pulled up again after they had filled up. Then they were closed with a clip lock and delivered to the surrounding area by truck. During the next 50 years, however, mineral water was not the successful drink, but rather a medicine for the sick and old. In 1952, the Haaner Felsenquelle was taken over by Elisabeth and David Albrecht, the parents of the current owner Gabriele Römer. The Bergische Waldquelle owes its taste to the nature of the Bergisches Land, where it rises at a depth of 210 metres.
