In 1873 the Declaration of Public Utility of the Mondariz water was obtained and since 1877 the mineral water was bottled. Aguas de Mondariz is today located on the banks of the Tea River, in the municipality of Mondariz, in the province of Pontevedra. This environment, belonging to the RED NATURA, is specially protected for its natural values.
