Product of Germany
After attention had been drawn to small springs of bubbling mineral acidulous water in the Eyach valley around 1700, the Prince Spring was discovered in 1733. It got its name from Prince Josef Friedrich von Hohenzollern Sigmaringen, who promptly erected the Fürstenbau in Bad Imnau after drinking it. At that time, only he and his court were able to enjoy the pleasant bathing and drinking cures. The spring gained rank and a good name among the people.
