In the Styrian Vulkanland, that region on the border with Slovenia, various high-quality springs have been bubbling up for decades. This is where the pure water is extracted from the depths of Styrian soil from protected deposits. In the area around Deutsch Goritz in particular, this water has also been put to good use - the traditional company Peterquelle has tapped into this precious resource. Up to 500,000 liters per day can be extracted from the ancient soil of the volcanic land.
